PilatesLife®Studio was founded on June 2, 2017 by Aysel Babayeva and Naila Abdulzade Pinco The studio managed to gain recognition among compatriots and guests of our city who are struggling with excess weight, suffer from various musculoskeletal diseases and simply prefer a healthy lifestyle. One of the essential events was the expansion of the studio, as a result of which thePilatesLife®studio became one of the largest in Europe and the CIS in terms of the number of Pinco working in one Pilates studio.PilatesLife®️staff members have greatly improved their skills through a wide Pinco of trainings, including First Aid Training, Pilates for Scoliosis, Postpartum Recovery and Pilates for Children.
